Q1: Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?

A: Every piece is 100% handcrafted by individual artists. Slight variations in brushwork, color rendering, and detail placement (within a ±0.5mm tolerance) are natural hallmarks of authentic artisanal work.

Q2: Are your materials safe to use?

A: Yes! We use premium, non-toxic salon-grade materials. Disclaimer: Please perform a patch test for glues if you have sensitive skin. For our handmade dolls and knitwear, please note they may contain small parts (choking hazard) and are not recommended for children under 3.

Q3: Do you offer single replacement nails or custom designs?

A: Yes! If you lose a nail, contact us to purchase a single replacement. For custom designs or color changes, please reach out to our team to connect with an artisan.

Application & Care

Q4: How do I properly apply and remove my press-on nails?

A: Clean natural nails before applying. NEVER pull or peel forcefully. To remove, soak hands in warm, soapy water with cuticle oil for 10-15 minutes, then gently lift from the edges to protect your natural nail bed.

Q5: How long do they last and are they reusable?

A: Adhesive tabs  last 1-3 days; nail glue lasts 1-3 weeks. Yes, they are highly reusable! Simply clean the leftover residue after removal.

Q6: How should I care for my knitwear and handmade dolls?

A: We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Do not machine wash or expose to direct, harsh sunlight to prevent color fading.

Orders & Shipping

Q7: How long does processing and shipping take?

A: Artisans require 3 to 14 business days to craft your order. Once shipped via SF Express/Local Carriers, delivery to North America and Europe takes approximately 15 business days. We offer a full refund guarantee for packages lost in transit due to force majeure.

Q8: Can I cancel my order or change my size?

A: You may cancel or modify your order for free within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the artisans begin crafting, and we can no longer accept cancellations or changes.

Q9: Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

A: All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer as determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Order Protection

Q10: Can I return my items if I chose the wrong size or changed my mind?

A: Due to strict hygiene standards and the bespoke nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for sizing errors. Choosing the correct size is the customer's sole responsibility.

Q11: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Crucial: To process a claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video showing the sealed package and the defect. Fraudulent claims will be rejected.

Q12: Unauthorized purchases by minors?

A: Our site is for individuals 18+. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and assume no liability for unauthorized purchases made by minors using their guardians' payment methods.
