How long does processing and shipping take?

Since every piece is 100% handcrafted by our artisans, processing requires 3 to 14 business days. Once shipped, delivery to North America and Europe typically takes about 15 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your art piece is on its way.

Can I return my items if I chose the wrong size?

Due to strict hygiene standards and the bespoke nature of our handcrafted press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing errors. Proper measurement is the customer's sole responsibility. Please refer to our Sizing Guide carefully before placing an order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video clearly showing the original sealed package, the shipping label, and the defect. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Do you accept custom design or color change requests?

Absolutely! We love creating unique pieces for you. If you have a specific idea, a color variation request, or need a replacement for a single lost nail, please fill out the contact form on the right. Our curators will connect you with an artisan.
